お世話になります。
最新版(2.1.0)をテスト導入し、動作検証を実施しております。
その中で、「Zabbix連携」アイコンを検証しようと、アイコンをドラッグ追加し、コンテキストメニューより"編集"を選択したところ、「データベース実行エラーが発生しました。システム管理者にご連絡ください。」とポップアップ画面が出ます。100%再現します。

データベース(PostgreSQL)のログには、以下のメッセージが出ています。
< 2015-03-16 11:54:46.153 JST >ERROR: 列hosts.flagsは存在しません(文字位置 273)
< 2015-03-16 11:54:46.153 JST >ステートメント: select groups.groupid, groups.name as group_name, hosts.hostid, hosts.host, '3' as permission from groups inner join hosts_groups on groups.groupid = hosts_groups.groupid inner join hosts on hosts_groups.hostid = hosts.hostid where (hosts.status=0 or hosts.status=1) and (hosts.flags=0 or hosts.flags=4) and groups.groupid = '1' order by host ASC

原因と対策について、ご教示ください。

環境は以下通りです。
JOBARG Server 2.1.0 / Agent 2.1.0 / Manager 2.1.0
PostgreSQL 9.3.2

※1.4.1からアップグレードしました。
※DBの更新は以下の通り実施し、特にエラーは出ませんでした。
psql -U zabbix zabbix < PostgreSQL_JA_UPGRADE_TABLE-1.4.1-1.4.2.sql
psql -U zabbix zabbix < PostgreSQL_JA_UPGRADE_TABLE-1.4.2-2.0.0.sql
psql -U zabbix zabbix < PostgreSQL_JA_UPGRADE_TABLE-2.0.0-2.1.0.sql

Zabbix Versionをご確認ください。

【対象ファイルパス】 C:\Program Files\FitechForce\Job Arranger Manager\conf
【対象ファイル】 jobarg_manager.conf
JaZabbixVersion

Zabbixのバージョンを指定します。パラメータ省略時は「zabbix 1.8系」となります。
1 - zabbix 1.8系
2 - zabbix 2.0系
3 - zabbix 2.2系

お世話になります。回答ありがとうございました。

ご指摘のパラメータについて、"3"となっていましたので、正しく"2"に修正したところ、「Zabbix連携アイコンの設定」画面まで開けるようになりました。
しかし、トリガーを選択し、ホスト名を選択すると、「予期せぬエラーが発生しました。システム管理者にご連絡ください。」のポップアップが出力されるホストがあります。正常に選択でき、トリガー名も選択できるホストもあります。

原因と対策について、ご教示ください。
トリガー数の制限などがありますでしょうか?

Zabbixのhostsテーブルのhostidカラムが文字コードになっているように見受けられます。

Hostsテーブルのhostidの文字列の形式をご確認お願いいたします。

何を確認したら良いでしょうか?

hostsテーブルをダンプしてみましたが、hostidに問題はないように見受けられます。
因みに、hostidは内部で発番される番号で操作(編集)できないですよね?

以下がダンプ結果(抜粋)です。

hostid      proxy_hostid                    host                     status 
10084                       vnk1172                               0
10085                       vnk5197                               0
10108                       hnk5087                               0
10113                       vnk1151                               0

※vnk1172,vnk5197は、ホストを選択すると予期せぬエラーとなります。
　hnk5087,vnk1151は、正常に設定できます。
　他のカラムも含めて、特に差異は見受けられません。
　アイテム数、トリガー数なども、特に問題となるようなことは見受けられません。
